My main subjects as a photographer are wildlife, macro and also general nature. I have always been keen on natural history and subsequently I incorporated this fascination into my photography. I feel that photography for me is a means not only to record interesting events but also a way to capture and reflect on the beauty of the natural world that is often missed by the eye.
In 2005 I won the 15-17 year old category of the BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition which attracts annually some 18,000 entries from around the world, including many of the most famous wildlife photographers. Since this, I have been successful in a number of other competitions and I have had articles and images included in several magazine publications.
This website is a joint venture with my brother Will and is a showcase of our images from around the globe.
